Most kitchen canisters and containers that are designed to hold food and other perishable goods are what we would consider being 'airtight'. Although these containers don't let in any extra air, they actually trap air inside the container with your food. This can cause your fresh ingredients to become stale, even though they are in a suitable, airtight container. Airscape canisters are not only airtight, but they go one step further to help keep your ingredients fresher for longer.

With its patented lid design, the Airscape removes and locks out the air from the container, making sure that your food is the freshest it can be. Using an air valve, the Airscape lid forces out the air as you push down on the inner lid, releasing the air from the container. You can then close the valve to lock out the air and lock in the freshness.

Its durable, restaurant-grade galvanized steel body makes the Airscape strong and sturdy while resisting stains and minimising odour retention. The BPA-free, clear top lid allows you to see how much is left in the container and allows for easy storage and stacking.

Use Airscape canisters for all of your pantry ingredients including coffee, tea, flour, sugar, cereal, seeds, nuts, and anything else that you need to keep fresh.

The Airscape range is available in Small (200g), Medium (450g), and Large (1kg) sizes in a range of colours. The Large 8" Kilo size is only available in a chic matte finish.

Material: Galvanized steel with powder coat on the inside & outside of the canister.

Coffee FAQ

Why is the roast date printed on the back of the bag?

We print the roast date on every bag so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. Freshness is key to great flavor—our beans are usually at their best between 7–30 days after roasting. This gives the coffee time to “rest” and allows the flavors to fully develop.

How long will my coffee stay fresh?

Once opened, we recommend consuming your beans within 4–6 weeks. To keep them at their best, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and always reseal the bag tightly or place them in an airtight container.

Do you use a “best before” date?

Instead of a “best before” date, we focus on the roast date. Coffee doesn’t “go bad” like milk, but it will gradually lose flavor and aroma over time. Knowing the roast date lets you decide how fresh you want your brew.

How should I store my coffee?
  • Keep it in the original resealable bag or an airtight container.
  • Store in a cool, dark place—like a pantry, not the fridge.
  • Avoid moisture, heat, and strong odors, as coffee easily absorbs them.
Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to have fresh coffee delivered to your door on a schedule that suits you. Subscriptions mean you’ll never run out of your favorite beans.

Can I trace where my coffee comes from?

Absolutely. We source our beans directly from farmers and cooperatives whenever possible. Each bag lists the origin, variety, and processing method so you know exactly where your coffee comes from.
