Coffee FAQ
Why is the roast date printed on the back of the bag?
We print the roast date on every bag so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. Freshness is key to great flavorāour beans are usually at their best between 7ā30 days after roasting. This gives the coffee time to ārestā and allows the flavors to fully develop.
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
Once opened, we recommend consuming your beans within 4ā6 weeks. To keep them at their best, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and always reseal the bag tightly or place them in an airtight container.
Do you use a ābest beforeā date?
Instead of a ābest beforeā date, we focus on the roast date. Coffee doesnāt āgo badā like milk, but it will gradually lose flavor and aroma over time. Knowing the roast date lets you decide how fresh you want your brew.
How should I store my coffee?
- Keep it in the original resealable bag or an airtight container.
- Store in a cool, dark placeālike a pantry, not the fridge.
- Avoid moisture, heat, and strong odors, as coffee easily absorbs them.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! You can subscribe to have fresh coffee delivered to your door on a schedule that suits you. Subscriptions mean youāll never run out of your favorite beans.
Can I trace where my coffee comes from?
Absolutely. We source our beans directly from farmers and cooperatives whenever possible. Each bag lists the origin, variety, and processing method so you know exactly where your coffee comes from.
