Eurista Knock Box Drawer

Combining elegant design with everyday functionality, the Eurista Knock Box Drawer offers a stylish and convenient solution for disposing of used coffee grounds.

Crafted from high-grade stainless steel and finished with a natural timber handle, it delivers exceptional durability while adding a refined touch to your coffee setup. The anti-slip feet help keep the drawer securely in place, providing stability and preventing unwanted movement during use.

The removable drawer provides generous space for used coffee pucks and can be easily emptied and cleaned. Its solid construction also helps absorb impact, allowing for quieter puck removal compared to a traditional knock box.

Designed and manufactured in Europe with exceptional attention to detail, the Eurista Knock Box Drawer is available in two sizes:

Medium: 155 mm (W) Ɨ 225 mm (D) Ɨ 78 mm (H)
Large: 155 mm (W) Ɨ 320 mm (D) Ɨ 78 mm (H)

Please note that wood is a natural material. Variations in colour, grain, and appearance may occur, making each timber handle unique.

Coffee FAQ

Why is the roast date printed on the back of the bag?

We print the roast date on every bag so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. Freshness is key to great flavor—our beans are usually at their best between 7–30 days after roasting. This gives the coffee time to ā€œrestā€ and allows the flavors to fully develop.

How long will my coffee stay fresh?

Once opened, we recommend consuming your beans within 4–6 weeks. To keep them at their best, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and always reseal the bag tightly or place them in an airtight container.

Do you use a ā€œbest beforeā€ date?

Instead of a ā€œbest beforeā€ date, we focus on the roast date. Coffee doesn’t ā€œgo badā€ like milk, but it will gradually lose flavor and aroma over time. Knowing the roast date lets you decide how fresh you want your brew.

How should I store my coffee?
  • Keep it in the original resealable bag or an airtight container.
  • Store in a cool, dark place—like a pantry, not the fridge.
  • Avoid moisture, heat, and strong odors, as coffee easily absorbs them.
Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to have fresh coffee delivered to your door on a schedule that suits you. Subscriptions mean you’ll never run out of your favorite beans.

Can I trace where my coffee comes from?

Absolutely. We source our beans directly from farmers and cooperatives whenever possible. Each bag lists the origin, variety, and processing method so you know exactly where your coffee comes from.
