Transform your kitchen into a professional café with the La Marzocco GS3 Espresso Machine, a marvel of modern coffee technology that brings unparalleled performance and elegance to your countertop. This machine is not just an appliance but a legacy of La Marzocco's renowned engineering, tailored for the discerning home barista.

Core Features:

  • Dual Boiler System: Two separate boilers for coffee and steam provide optimal temperature and pressure control, allowing simultaneous espresso extraction and milk steaming without compromising on quality.

  • Thermal Stability System: Incorporating features from the La Marzocco Strada, the GS3 boasts a preheating system, dual PID controllers for precise temperature management, and insulated boilers that enhance temperature stability and reduce energy consumption.

  • Exposed Saturated Group: Increases temperature stability, which is vital for consistent espresso extraction, and improves the ergonomics and visibility of your brewing space.

  • Conical Paddle Valve Technology: This allows progressive control over water flow and pressure, giving you the ability to fine-tune pre-infusion for a more even extraction and reduced channeling effects.

Innovative Additions:

  • Internal Pump and Water Reservoir: The built-in pump makes the GS3 ideal for home use, while the 3.5-liter water reservoir ensures easy installation with no need for direct plumbing.

  • Stainless Steel Portafilters & Precision Baskets: These components contribute to improved cup quality and consistency, enhancing every espresso shot.

  • Digital Display: Offers a comprehensive view of temperature, shot times, and flow rates, along with intuitive programming that simplifies making adjustments to machine parameters.

  • Performance Touch Steam Wands: Engineered to be high performing and cool to the touch, these steam wands allow you to safely create perfectly textured milk.

  • Hot Water Economizer: Enables precise control over the temperature of water from the hot water spout, perfect for making Americanos or pre-heating cups.

  • Ruby Flow Restrictors: Synthetic ruby components in the flow restrictors prevent scale build-up and erosion, ensuring the longevity and reliability of the machine.

Each element of the GS3 is designed with meticulous attention to detail, offering you a luxurious, efficient, and enjoyable coffee-making experience. Whether crafting a simple espresso or a complex latte, the La Marzocco GS3 empowers you to achieve barista-level results in the comfort of your own home.

Coffee FAQ

Why is the roast date printed on the back of the bag?

We print the roast date on every bag so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. Freshness is key to great flavor—our beans are usually at their best between 7–30 days after roasting. This gives the coffee time to “rest” and allows the flavors to fully develop.

How long will my coffee stay fresh?

Once opened, we recommend consuming your beans within 4–6 weeks. To keep them at their best, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and always reseal the bag tightly or place them in an airtight container.

Do you use a “best before” date?

Instead of a “best before” date, we focus on the roast date. Coffee doesn’t “go bad” like milk, but it will gradually lose flavor and aroma over time. Knowing the roast date lets you decide how fresh you want your brew.

How should I store my coffee?
  • Keep it in the original resealable bag or an airtight container.
  • Store in a cool, dark place—like a pantry, not the fridge.
  • Avoid moisture, heat, and strong odors, as coffee easily absorbs them.
Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to have fresh coffee delivered to your door on a schedule that suits you. Subscriptions mean you’ll never run out of your favorite beans.

Can I trace where my coffee comes from?

Absolutely. We source our beans directly from farmers and cooperatives whenever possible. Each bag lists the origin, variety, and processing method so you know exactly where your coffee comes from.
