For those with a discerning taste for coffee, meet the Office Leva. Drawing from the rich heritage of coffee-making, combined with today's modern tech, this machine promises a brew that is nothing short of perfection.

Key Features:

  1. Traditional E61 Lever Group Head: A classic feature which weighs 4.2Kg. Made entirely of brass and elegantly chrome-plated, this group head offers a seamless blend of tradition and efficiency.

  2. Single Boiler System: The Leva is engineered with one boiler equipped with a 2000 watt element. This versatile boiler expertly handles both hot water and steam production, offering a quick and consistent heat-up time.

  3. Performance and Control:

    • Vibrating Pump with Regulator: Standard on the Leva, this pump ensures a steady flow rate, while the externally adjustable pump pressure regulator gives you unparalleled control over the extraction pressure (pre-set at 12 bar).
    • Two Taps: Whether it's steam for frothing milk or hot water for a comforting tea, the Leva has you covered. Plus, the steam arm is designed to be "no burn", ensuring safety with every use.
  4. Robust Build: Constructed with 2mm thick stainless steel, it stands strong. A sizeable 2.75-litre water reservoir and a large drip tray mean less frequent refills and emptying.

  5. Customisable Aesthetics with Ruggero Shell: Bring some vibrancy to your coffee corner! The Leva can be equipped with the iconic Ruggero fibreglass shell, which is customisable with any shade from the Dulux paint range. This shell isn't just about looks—it carries a legacy. Designed in 2005 by John Slade, it serves as a tribute to Henry Rogers (known as Rodg), a pioneer in Melbourne's espresso scene. The legacy continues today with Disavè Espresso Equipment Suppliers, owned by John's son, Paul.

The Office Leva stands as a testament to what happens when the essence of coffee tradition is melded with modern advancements. Whether you're a budding barista or a seasoned coffee lover, the Leva promises a coffee experience that is consistently exceptional.

Coffee FAQ

Why is the roast date printed on the back of the bag?

We print the roast date on every bag so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. Freshness is key to great flavor—our beans are usually at their best between 7–30 days after roasting. This gives the coffee time to “rest” and allows the flavors to fully develop.

How long will my coffee stay fresh?

Once opened, we recommend consuming your beans within 4–6 weeks. To keep them at their best, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and always reseal the bag tightly or place them in an airtight container.

Do you use a “best before” date?

Instead of a “best before” date, we focus on the roast date. Coffee doesn’t “go bad” like milk, but it will gradually lose flavor and aroma over time. Knowing the roast date lets you decide how fresh you want your brew.

How should I store my coffee?
  • Keep it in the original resealable bag or an airtight container.
  • Store in a cool, dark place—like a pantry, not the fridge.
  • Avoid moisture, heat, and strong odors, as coffee easily absorbs them.
Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to have fresh coffee delivered to your door on a schedule that suits you. Subscriptions mean you’ll never run out of your favorite beans.

Can I trace where my coffee comes from?

Absolutely. We source our beans directly from farmers and cooperatives whenever possible. Each bag lists the origin, variety, and processing method so you know exactly where your coffee comes from.
