Delter Coffee Press has been designed to solve one of the biggest problems in coffee brewing - agitation. To avoid a bitter and inconsistent extraction caused by uncontrolled agitation, the Delter Coffee Press uses a unique jet-seal. This seal keeps the brew water and the coffee grounds separated until the brew commences, preventing uncontrolled agitation. When pressure is applied to the plunger, water and coffee contact is activated, allowing agitation to occur for the first time. This design allows the user to have complete control over the water flow and agitation, resulting in a brew with less bitterness and more clarity.

To Brew:
To brew with the Delter Coffee Press, you need freshly roasted ground coffee and water just off the boil:
- Place a filter in the Delter cap and rinse with water and discard.
- Add freshly ground coffee into the Delter coffee chamber (max. capacity 30g).
- Twist on the Delter cap.
- Flip the Delter over onto your cup and start pouring your hot water into the brew chamber, filling to the line markings.
- Raise the plunger to dose the exact amount of water required for your brew.
- Push down on the plunger to activate water and coffee contact.
- Raise the plunger again to redose or refill the brew chamber for larger, double-batch servings.

Coffee FAQ
Why is the roast date printed on the back of the bag?
We print the roast date on every bag so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. Freshness is key to great flavor—our beans are usually at their best between 7–30 days after roasting. This gives the coffee time to “rest” and allows the flavors to fully develop.
How long will my coffee stay fresh?
Once opened, we recommend consuming your beans within 4–6 weeks. To keep them at their best, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and always reseal the bag tightly or place them in an airtight container.
Do you use a “best before” date?
Instead of a “best before” date, we focus on the roast date. Coffee doesn’t “go bad” like milk, but it will gradually lose flavor and aroma over time. Knowing the roast date lets you decide how fresh you want your brew.
How should I store my coffee?
- Keep it in the original resealable bag or an airtight container.
- Store in a cool, dark place—like a pantry, not the fridge.
- Avoid moisture, heat, and strong odors, as coffee easily absorbs them.

Can I trace where my coffee comes from?
Absolutely. We source our beans directly from farmers and cooperatives whenever possible. Each bag lists the origin, variety, and processing method so you know exactly where your coffee comes from.
