Over time, mineral deposits—especially calcium—can build up, impacting the efficiency of your machine and compromising the quality of your coffee. Routine maintenance helps you get the most out of your investment, cup after cup.

We recommend servicing your La Marzocco machine every 6 to 12 months.

How It Works:

1. Book a Time Slot – No cost to reserve.

2. Confirmation – We’ll email or call to confirm your booking.

3. Drop Off – Bring your machine (and any essential accessories) to our service location.

4. Service & Pickup – We’ll complete the service and notify you when your machine is ready.

Service Cost:

Includes initial inspection, cleaning, labour, and minor adjustments.

Preventative Maintenance Checklist

General Cleaning & Tune-Up

• Clean all external and internal parts

• Sanitize drip tray and water reservoir

• Wipe down and polish machine housing

Essential Parts & Operation

• Check group head (where coffee is brewed) and replace worn seals

• Clean and check portafilter and baskets

• Make sure buttons, lights, and switches are all working

• Check steam wand and hot water tap function

💧 Water & Steam System

• Ensure proper water flow and brewing pressure

• Check for leaks in hoses, fittings, and valves

• Clean and test internal water sensor

• Check and clean scale buildup (especially around water and steam systems)

Safety & Reliability

• Inspect electrical parts for wear or damage

• Check safety valves and pressure controls

• Ensure temperature and pressure levels are accurate

• Test vacuum breakers (protects boiler pressure)

• Replace group gasket
• Replace diffuser screen
• Check filter baskets and springs condition
