*** Please note that we only service E61 coffee machines ***

Breathe new life into your coffee experience. Your domestic coffee machine, like any other daily-use appliance, requires regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Over time, mineral deposits, particularly calcium, can build up and hamper your machine's efficiency. Not only can this compromise the taste of your coffee, but it can also shorten the lifespan of your machine.

We recommend getting your machine serviced every 6 - 12 months.

By doing so, you can ensure that every cup of coffee you brew is of the highest quality, and that your machine remains in top condition for years to come.

How It Works:

  1. Book your time slot. (No Cost)
  2. We will email/call to confirm your booking.
  3. You drop off your machine to us.
  4. We will service your machine and let you know when its ready to be picked up.

Booking: Book your preferred drop off time, also bringing any accessories or components crucial for your machine’s operation. Only pay for the service once it has all been completed.

Service Cost: A standard service is priced at $300 (including GST). This covers an initial inspection, labour, cleaning, and minor adjustments.

(Note: Any replacement parts or additional services will incur extra charges, which will always be discussed with you in advanced.)

    Coffee FAQ

Why is the roast date printed on the back of the bag?

We print the roast date on every bag so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. Freshness is key to great flavor—our beans are usually at their best between 7–30 days after roasting. This gives the coffee time to “rest” and allows the flavors to fully develop.

How long will my coffee stay fresh?

Once opened, we recommend consuming your beans within 4–6 weeks. To keep them at their best, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and always reseal the bag tightly or place them in an airtight container.

Do you use a “best before” date?

Instead of a “best before” date, we focus on the roast date. Coffee doesn’t “go bad” like milk, but it will gradually lose flavor and aroma over time. Knowing the roast date lets you decide how fresh you want your brew.

How should I store my coffee?
    • Keep it in the original resealable bag or an airtight container.
    • Store in a cool, dark place—like a pantry, not the fridge.
    • Avoid moisture, heat, and strong odors, as coffee easily absorbs them.
    Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to have fresh coffee delivered to your door on a schedule that suits you. Subscriptions mean you’ll never run out of your favorite beans.

Can I trace where my coffee comes from?

Absolutely. We source our beans directly from farmers and cooperatives whenever possible. Each bag lists the origin, variety, and processing method so you know exactly where your coffee comes from.
